It almost doesn't feel right writing a review at a time full of so much sadness. But, if I can bring confidence to you in your lowest time know that choosing a funeral with Springhead is most certainly the right thing to do. From start to finish the team looked after my family and I. I was guided through initial processes (most if which I had no idea even existed) and someone was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The team did a stupendous job in preparing my loved ones so I could say goodbye that one last time, a very personal thing that you got absolutely perfect. Huge commendations go to your team for making this tragic life event one I can look back on with peace and contentment.

My dad picked these funeral directors for his up and coming funeral/cremation, the staff are so lovely and friendly under the circumstances, everything was sorted out upfront, the gentleman who did the eulogy was so lovely and my daughter alys did a speech , afterwards everyone mentioned the speech and the gentleman doing the eulogy and then they rang us about the ashes collection and the donations for the hospice etc so much appreciation for them all that my mum has picked them herself for her funeral not at the moment, thank you all Tracey Jones daughter of Allan Jones

We recently used Springhead Funeral Service (Keighley) to organise my mums funeral. From start to finish Merv was brilliant! All of the companies can do the big things but it is the smaller things that really made our treatment special. Merv was always on hand - kind, caring and respectful going above and beyond to ensure everything was done quickly and smoothly. We would highly recommend Merv and his team for ensuring your loved ones receive the send off they deserve.

Only thing done right was answering there phone . Wanted to go see MY dad for a last time but asked them not to contact other siblings about my request. They called me back to say they had contacted other siblings.Wrong !!!!! I asked them not to , if I was told they needed permission from them I would of walked away . Disgusting horrible people .will be following this up .

At a very sad time, when my emotions were all over the place and I had to arrange the funeral for my husband, Springhead Funeral Services and especially Nigel were very supportive, caring and professional in all aspects. Nothing was too much trouble.
After explaining everything through laughter and tears (on my part), I came away knowing my husband would have the very best send off. I was also put in contact with the wonderful celebrant Sarah, who told my husbands life story just as he intended it to be.
I cannot recommend Springhead enough. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.

We have been unfortunate to lose both of our dads in the space of a few months. When my dad passed away at the end of last year I wanted a local family business to handle his funeral as it's what he would have wanted and I found Springhead whom we had never dealt with before. Gillian and Lee were incredible as were the whole team and dad got an amazing yet respectful send off.
When my father in law passed away only a few weeks ago, my wife Nic wanted no one else to handle his funeral and once again Springhead and in particular Gillian, were amazing. Their care, compassion and attention to detail sets them apart and our family will be forever indebted to them.
If you want the VERY BEST for a loved one, don't look anywhere else

Where do I start? Linzi (The funeral dirctor) at Springhead Funeral Home is amazing with a capital A. It's the very 1st time I've had to arrange a funeral which was for my mum who recently passed away and her funeral was yesterday.I didn't know where to start. I rang a few places up for quotes but after speaking to Linzi on the phone, not just because the price was good, her voice and the way she spoke to me was so reassuring and comforting. We met up and oh my words what a lovely lady she is. Obviously she thoroughly explained everything from the thread to the needle but we had such a laugh aswell. I felt I'd known her for years. We met on more than 1 occasion and she put us on to the fantastic celebrant Daniel Barrington to do my mum's service for which we told him my mum's life story. Yesterday on the day of my mum's funeral, Linzi was so professional doing her job and because I felt like I'd got to know her she calmed my nerves. I was shaking when I arrived at the funeral home and after talking to Linzi she seemed to calm my nerves. She is absolutely perfect for the job. I can not recommend Springhead enough. An absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Well done Linzi! Xx
